Ben Rogers - Director/camera/editor

As director and founder of Potential Productions Ben has created his perfect job. Starting as a runner in TV he soon progressed to Producer, making entertainment news programmes for worldwide syndication with WENN. He then moved to the voluntary sector, using his media experience to promote the work of undercover wildlife charity Environmental Investigation Agency and pressure group Friends of the Earth.

He spent 6 years in advertising, working for a number of successful marketing agencies before forming Potential Productions where his slightly unusual career path finally seems best suited.

Shaff Prabatani - Producer/camera/training

Shaff brings a wealth of voluntary and public sector experience, having set up the UKs only Ofsted rated excellent Connexions service, an international volunteering charity, and a pioneering drugs service for homeless, BME and young clients.

 

He has provided training and consultancy on a range of client focussed and management areas and worked throughout Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Greg Magloire - Producer

Greg Magloire has  been working in the broadcast Industry his whole life, working on large-scale ad campaigns for Leo Burnett through to TV and Film Producer credits with Great Guns and Fresh Films. His wealth of experience means he knows how to make high quality content on a lean budget, which our clients love.

 

His recent production for Nick Brandt's incredible new photography project This Empty World meant he spent 6 months shooting in Africa. We are glad to have him back!

Dawn Newton - Digital Marketing/Strategy

Dawn Newton is a creative communications expert and trainer, with a background in marketing and corporate social responsibility. Dawn has endless enthusiasm and is passionate about enabling not for profit organisations to create high impact digital communications with minimal resources. Dawn specialises in social media and behaviour change campaigns. She places the audience at the heart of her marketing strategies, creating a real sense of community both online and offline.

Martha Clarke - Training/Production Planner

Martha draws on over 30 years experience of working in the communications industry with an academic background in psychology, coaching and neuro-linguistic programming skills in her work. She has worked as a producer/director for broadcasters including BBC, ITN, Channel Four and Thames Television as well as working as Head of Communications at international development agencies and UK charities including CAFOD, ActionAid and Media Trust.
